Orders will be accepted based on physically available inventory.
Products on www.jalalsons.com.pk are for non-commercial and domestic use only. We reserve the right to refuse orders from businesses or orders we consider commercial or non-domestic.
To ensure availability for all customers, quantity limits may apply on certain items.
- MINIMUM BASKET CHARGE
Minimum Basket Value: Rs. 2,500
A Rs. 150 Minimum Basket Charge will be applied to orders below the minimum basket value.
Basket Value means the total value of products in your basket at checkout.
- DELIVERY
- Delivery will be made to the address provided in your order.
- Standard delivery is to the main entrance (ground floor).
- At your request, drivers may carry orders inside only if:
- Permission is given
- It is safe and practical
- We reserve the right to deliver only to the main entrance.
- Delivery areas are limited to Lahore and Rawalpindi.
- Delivery times are agreed at order placement.
- Orders must be signed for by an adult (18+).
- If no one is available, a re-delivery fee may apply.
- We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
- We may refuse delivery to certain locations.
- Orders may be canceled due to availability or verification issues.
- Items can only be returned at the branch where the product was purchased. The original invoice/bill receipt is necessary for any return or refund. Without it, a refund cannot be processed.
- If there is any issue with the product, returns are only applicable for items that are at least 80–90% unused. Fully used or half-used products are not returnable.
- 45 minutes is the standard delivery time, but it may vary due to traffic and other circumstances.
- PRICES AND GST
- Website prices are indicative and may differ from in-store prices.
- Final pricing is based on in-store rates at the time of picking.
- Customers may return items if price differences are unacceptable.
- Prices include GST where applicable.
- Delivery/service charges are separate.
- Substitutes may be delivered unless requested otherwise.
- Large quantity orders are subject to store discretion.
- RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- Orders should be checked at delivery.
- Unfresh items can be returned immediately.
- Some items (fresh, frozen, hygiene products, personalized items) are non-refundable.
- Refund deductions may apply for opened/used/damaged goods.
- Returns can be made via driver or in-store within 7 days.
- Offer items are refunded at the promotional price.
- Complaint resolution time: up to 5 working days.
- CANCELLATION
Orders may be changed or canceled during the confirmation call.
Once the order is confirmed, cancellation is not possible.
Orders cannot be canceled via email.
